Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced Medicare recertification survey completed September 16, 2021, Vna Hospice, Western Pa was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care - Emergency Preparedness.
